Distribution Team Lead - NL

We are looking for an experienced and talented Teamlead to join our team. This individual will lead the day to day activities within the department and monitors on pre determined KPI's and quality standards and steers where needed. Coordinate key aspects of people management activities. The role may cover and include inbound, pick and pack (dangerous goods included), VALVAS activities, replenishment and put away, material handling, outbound, shipping, return activities and SAP activities.

What Will You Do

• Plan, allocate and supervise daily tasks for warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow across all operational areas
• Monitor and pre-determine KPI's and quality standards
• Have daily kick-off meetings with your team
• Actively support absenteeism management, including preventive actions
