As a Distribution Scheduler within our Government & Defence team, you’ll play a key role in coordinating subcontractor freight movements and ensuring seamless, compliant operations across our network. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working closely with both internal teams and external partners. Key areas:
Coordinate daily freight movement requirements across W&D sites and Defence customersCost and quote freight movements in line with contracted rates and policiesIdentify and escalate issues requiring immediate attentionEnsure subcontractor compliance with COR, NHVR standards and Linfox requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across distribution processesMaintain accurate documentation, reporting and general administrative support Are you the one?
