Job Responsibilities1.Channel & Distributor Network Development- Source, negotiate and onboard regional distributors, ESS integrators and installation contractors; establish tiered distribution network and achieve annual channel expansion & sales KPIs.
- Design distributor rebate policies, governance rules and enablement programs to deliver pre-sales technical training and after-sales capability building for channel partners.
- Identify commercial/residential storage & automotive OEM project opportunities and drive end-to-end regional business execution.2.Build Localized End-to-End After-Sales System from Scratch- Construct local after-sales organization: arrange resident field engineers, audit & qualify third-party service vendors, deploy authorized regional repair sites.
