The Dispute Research Supervisor will report directly to the International Cash Applications Supervisor and will be responsible for overseeing ECA issues and unreconciled Transactions/Disputes to ensure timely resolution with the highest standards of Customer Service.
Responsibilities - Work incoming ECA issues and high visibility disputes.
- Supervise, lead, monitor, train, and develop staff.
- Develop, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators for the team.
- Evaluate, approve and report performance activity bi-weekly and periodically.
- Identify and participate in opportunities to streamline processes; including developing, documenting, and communicating policies and procedures.
Requirements - Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of study: Accounting, Business, or equivalent related experience in account management for a large organization.
