Eventus Legal are seeking a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a successful law firm based in the firm’s Corby office in Northamptonshire. This is a permanent, full‑time job within a highly successful law firm. Benefits include a good holiday allowance and parking on‑site.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be responsible for dealing with an existing caseload of Litigation files which include but not limited to:

• Landlord and Tenant disputes.


• Contentious Probate.


• Contractual Disputes.


• Employment Law and Employment Tribunal proceedings.


• Settlement Agreements.


• Civil Litigation.


• Commercial Disputes between Businesses.


• Boundary Disputes.
