Job Description

This role supports daily warehouse and dispatch operations by coordinating stock movements and maintaining accurate inventory and documentation. It ensures compliance with safety, food quality and regulatory standards while promoting efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support and updates to internal and external customers
• Manage inventory distribution, receiving, and accurate record-keeping
• Coordinate all inbound and outbound stock movements
• Ensure timely completion and submission of dispatch and receiving documentation
• Monitor dispatch operations and resolve any arising issues
• Ensure trucks are properly cleaned and compliant before loading
