Job Description:
In this key role, you will oversee a state of the art healthcare Control Centre. Your role will include the following:
Monitor and operate numerous systems including, access control, CCTV, fire and life safetyMake emergency overhead announcementsAnswer Telephones and dispatch callsAssist in tracking and deployment of security staffHandle a variety of dispatch duties including incident call takingLiaise with visitors, clients and staffManage Lost & FoundManage the issuance and return of facility keys and ID/Access cardsIssue Visitor and Contractor badgesExcellent communication skillsExcellent deportment, customer service and presentable – Public facing/front facing positionWorking knowledge of CCTV, access control systemsExperience in a supervisory role and dispatching preferredThis site is a Government of Ontario Building.
