            Responsibilities  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dishwashing area, sinks, floors, and waste disposal areas. 
Wash and sanitize dishes, cutleries, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. 
Sort, stack, and store cleaned items properly. 
Report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to Head Chef. 
Assist Chefs in the Kitchen Operations. 
Monitor the inventory level of ingredients and notify the Head Chef when stock level is low. 
Anticipate the following day's supplies and prepare appropriate quantity of ingredients. 
Responsible for washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking of foods. 
Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements. 
To perform other duties as assigned.
