            Key Responsibilities:  Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, kitchen equipment, and other food service items using both manual and machine methods. 
Ensure proper loading and unloading of dish racks and operate dishwashing machines safely. 
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, walls, sinks, and trash areas. 
Properly dispose of waste and recyclables according to lounge and airport waste management procedures. 
Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and inventory when required. 
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed. 
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and airport safety standards at all times. 
Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks during busy periods, such as preparing trays or wiping down prep areas. 
Report any malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
