            Key Responsibilities:  Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or by hand. 
Load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently. 
Hand-wash delicate items and large cooking equipment. 
Organize and store clean dishes and utensils in designated areas. 
Maintain a clean, dry, and organized work area, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash/recycling. 
Assist with basic food prep (chopping, portioning) and stocking supplies as needed. 
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures. 
Report any equipment issues to management. 
 Requirements:  Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. 
Team player with good communication skills. 
Reliable and punctual. 
Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs. 
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends.
