Internship Job Description – Process Optimization & Innovation (MRO/Aircraft Maintenance)

Full‑time internship starting early October 2026 for 11 months, ending October 2027. 40 hours per week. At Airbus Defence and Space SAU.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and standardisation of operational procedures, templates, and departmental handbooks.
• Assist in audit preparation and compliance follow‑up.
• Contribute to the implementation of innovation and digital transformation projects.
• Help track KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.

Knowledge to be acquired:

• MRO operations and aircraft maintenance workflows.
• Process improvement methodologies and audit compliance in an aviation environment.
