Overview

Airbus is offering a 70‑vacancy Graduate Programme in Spain – #DISCOVER I 2026/2027. The programme starts on March 2, 2026 and ends on February 26, 2027. It combines an 11‑month internship in an Airbus department with a Master programme delivered in partnership with Camilo José Cela University. The internship will be full time (40 h/week) and includes an attractive study grant.

Responsibilities

• Support the department in developing training projects for flight crew and ground crew.
• Assist in training needs analysis (TNA), training plans and material development.
• Help design computer‑based training (CBT) systems.
• Prepare Instructor and Student Guides.

Projects

• Primarily work on C‑295 Aircraft training projects.
