RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deal with all performance,
grievance, and Industrial Relations (IR) matters in a legally compliant and
professional manner.Conduct all investigations regarding theft and other
disciplinary issues.Issue the relevant Disciplinary action and documentation.Arrange, coordinate, and
participate in disciplinary hearings.Ensure all IR-related
documentation is completed, signed, and filed in employee records.Preparation of Notice to attend a hearing, absconsion,
written warnings etc.Notify all necessary people including the employee of the
