Oversee the day-to-day operations and supervision of VIP Host functions.
Co-ordinate with relevant marketing teams to drive campaign and promotion redemptions, player retention and development.
Lead and communicate to VIP Host team members on company policies and procedures, monitor and drive team performance towards achieving KPIs.
Support the senior management in the development and implementation of training programs for VIP Host team members.
Supervise transactions performed by VIP Host to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls and service standards.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or related field
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
