We are proud to be supporting a growing Biotechnologh Company, specialising in next-generation antibody-drug conjugates. We are seeking a Director of Translational Sciences to support oncology programmes from preclinical development into early clinical studies.

This role focuses on translating tumour biology and mechanism-of-action into clinically actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Define translational strategy for oncology/ADC programmes
• Develop biomarker and patient selection strategies
• Bridge preclinical tumour models with clinical endpoints
• Support IND-enabling and early clinical development activities
• Contribute to regulatory submissions and clinical strategy

What we’re looking for

• Proven track record in biomarker identification and validation
• Experience moving programmes from preclinical into clinic
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills
