In this role, you will:
Responsible for defining the technical enablement strategy and plans to support critical Data, AI & Cloud programs. Partner with the Technical Engineering team and vendors to design technical training content, including labs, playbooks, reference architectures, and job aids Ensure all environments and learning materials align with best practices, security requirements, and enterprise architecture standards Maintain all training resources including sandbox training assets (lab guides, decks, demos, code samples, runbooks) and ensure any platform changes aligned to Scotia standards, and real business use casesLead ongoing requirements gathering to ensure training aligns with business priorities, technical needs, and adoption goals Engage CIO teams to identify skill gaps, gather feedback, and validate expected learning outcomes Define/refine success metrics and manage ...
