POSITION PURPOSE
The Director Spiritual Care – Strategy & Quality (DSSQ) is responsible, in collaboration with the VP, Spiritual Care (VPSC), for developing, implementing, and evaluating a unified strategy for spiritual care services across the organization. Ensures spiritual care programming is evidence-informed, culturally responsive, aligned with organizational mission and values, and delivered with the highest levels of quality and consistency.
