            Job Description  Strategic Planning:  Develop IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives. 
Operational Support:  Ensure continuous support for all operational and business applications. 
Policy Implementation:  Create, enhance, and implement IT and OT policies, procedures, and processes based on industry best practices. 
Disaster Recovery:  Develop and operationalize the IT and OT Disaster Recovery Plan and Incident Response Plan within the Business Continuity Plan. 
Cybersecurity:  Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company from potential threats and attacks. 
Remote Work Systems:  Establish systems to facilitate an efficient remote work environment across the company. 
Team Development:  Develop IT human resources, set performance targets, and conduct appraisals to enhance skills and performance.
