The Runtime Governance & Decision Lead is a strategic operations leadership role responsible for designing and operating the moment when governance decisions are made—where AI outputs are classified for risk, decisions are routed through the decision engine, and evidence is presented to reviewers in ways they can understand and act upon. You will ensure that when an output reaches the decision point, the system has sufficient information, authority is clear, workflows are intuitive, and evidence supports defensible decisions.
