Job Summary

This position provides strategic leadership and oversight of PSEGLI's compliance functions related to health and safety, environmental regulation and permitting, and North American Electric Reliability (NERC) and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) standards. This role ensures the organization maintains full compliance with federal, state and local laws and industry standards while fostering a culture of safety, sustainability and operational reliability.

Job Responsibilities

•Develop and implement a comprehensive regulatory compliance strategy covering health and safety, environmental and NERC CIP standards. Advise PSEGLI leadership on evolving compliance risks, trends and regulatory developments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance and operational resilience.
