Manage, design, and oversee the Quality Assurance and Compliance (QAC) subunits of Regulatory Agency Inspections, Laboratory Quality.
Represent Global Quality functions in employee induction and training, client interactions, and connect CRG APAC and China Operations across functions and business units to relevant Global Quality support teams.
Develop and execute compliance strategies and establish quality and compliance standards within and across QAC business units.
Ensure that all quality systems are in place and appropriate to meet business area clients and regulatory expectations.
Assist in business development activities by writing and reviewing proposals, making presentations to potential clients, and representing the department at appropriate professional meetings and conferences.
