The role entails leading Manufacturing and Logistics major capital expenditure projects across all Manufacturing and Logistics sites throughout the entire project life cycle; from feasibility, conceptual, definition / scoping, funds allocation, cost estimating, design, construction to commissioning. As the Project Manager of major projects, it ensures that the project management processes are performed according to plan, schedule; quality & cost, including, but not limited to, site selection, financial justification and budgeting, equipment selection, contract packages, procurement, project permitting, manpower, resource planning, & project control.
