Director – Program Management, Delivery & Operations (Corporates & Colleges) Council for Digital Safety and Wellbeing (CDSW)

Role Purpose The Director – Program Management is the execution backbone of CDSW's corporate and college vertical. Once a university adopts the credit course or a corporate signs up for the LMS program, this person ensures the program happens on time, at quality, and at scale.

Delivery here is LMS-led, not trainer-led:

The college credit course is a semester-long, graded, for-credit elective — academic-grade rigor: alignment with semester calendars, BoS-approved syllabus compliance, student enrolment and LMS activation at scale, quiz/assessment administration, grade computation and export to the university, and certificates. A broken LMS login during an assessment window is an academic incident, not an inconvenience.
