What is the opportunity?

This role is responsible for the pricing of individual non‑participating life, living benefits and wealth lines of business, including Term, Non‑Par Permanent Life, Disability Insurance, Critical Illness, Long Term Care, Segregated Fund and Payout Annuity products. The Director, Pricing Management Support will support revenue enhancement and prudent NIAT growth, driving our strategic objectives forward and enhancing the recognition and value of the RBC Insurance brand.

What will you do?

• Pricing and develop RBC Insurance’s Individual Life products in accordance with Pricing and Risk Management corporate policies.
• Support business strategy to build solid competitive advantages and introduce new or modify existing product features.
