Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the Director Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and action items Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality Maintain organized filing systems (both electronic and physical) Assist with personal matters when required (e.g., appointments, errands) Support event planning, meetings, and company functions Provide driving support for the Director, including attending meetings, site visits, and airport transfers Accompany the Director on local and overseas business trips when required Perform a...
