**ROLE SUMMARY**
This vital position is entrusted with crafting the strategy and design of patient services across the entire patient journey. Essential to ensuring our offerings meet the needs of both patients and healthcare providers, key areas of focus include:
+ Comprehensive program (asset and/or TA) strategy and design
+ Copay and affordability assistance
+ Hub support and operations
+ Monitoring the external healthcare landscape
+ Performance management of patient programs
+ Alliance / Partnership Management
+ Direct-to-patient and cash strategy
This role reports into the PPS Primary Care Business Unit Strategy Lead, and is responsible for aligning with our Business Unit and product strategies. The PPS BU Strategy Team is the brand's dedicated point of contact for patient support, reimbursement support, and affordability.
