Job Description

The Director of Operations, Start Up is responsible for managing all aspects of a multi-site supply chain operation. This individual will provide overall direction and oversight in the areas of performance, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and Associate development. The Director, Operations, Start Up will support the organization as it grows by overseeing start up operations until they are fully functioning.

  Responsibilities

  • Participate in startup team calls and oversee needed operational functions as the business ramps up
  • Coordinates on-site as needed with contractors, maintenance, inspectors, etc
  • Partners with HR to coordinate hiring and training of staff
  • Direct the operations of warehouse, packaging, and logistics managers to achieve company objectives and meet customer expectations.
