**Overview**

Savannah River Mission Completion, LLC (SRMC) is seeking a **Director, Operations Salt Waste Processing Facility (SWPF)** to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site.

As the senior operations line manager, the **Director, Operations Salt Waste Processing Facility (SWPF)** directs and leads safe operation of the SWPF during execution of processing activities. Plans, organizes, and directs short and long-range resource requirements and programs to continually improve Conduct of Operations and foster a Nuclear Safety Culture. This includes integration of project activities, facility modification, major repairs, and the ongoing operation of the facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manages the safe and efficient operation of the SWPF in accordance with DSA and TSR, DOE orders and other Federal and State governmental regulatory requirements.
