HOURS Hours will vary from week to week. The Director of Youth Ministry is expected to work 10-20 hours per week, based on the needs of the church and the needs of the Senior Pastor.

JOB RESPONSIBILIES The Director of Youth Ministry will manage a comprehensive youth program utilizing the gifts and talents within our congregation and community. Specifically, at FHUMC, these current duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
 Individually:

Develop and implement programs and ministries for youth grades 6-12
Offer training and educational opportunities for volunteers
Engage in open communication with youth, parents and volunteers on a regular basis
Organize and recruit/lead mission teams and youth retreats
Coordinate curriculum for all youth programs
