You will need to demonstrate that you are a go getter with a high energy level and present well. It's also important that you understand how to manage by the numbers, with an ability to produce reports that will analyze current activity and pinpoint potential opportunities for your sales department.
Compensation includes a base salary and incentive program / bonus.
