Position Summary

The Director of Transportation provides strategic and operational leadership for transportation across a regional network. This role is accountable for optimizing cost-to-serve, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering reliable service performance while leading teams and managing carrier and fleet operations. The director oversees a team of leaders, executes strategy at the regional level, and drives cross‑functional results.
