We’re seeking an experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead our engineering organization, reporting directly to the VP of Product, Tech and Strategy . You will oversee our core technology platforms—the Omdia Customer Platform, data visualization tools, APIs and survey platform—while driving AI initiatives, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening platform fundamentals across security and integration.
You will lead a team of 6 engineers plus outsourced resources, with the opportunity to grow the team strategically. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions while communicating effectively with non‑technical stakeholders across our global organization.
This role is based in our Menara Skymind office.
