As the Director of Software and System Validation based in Mexico City, you will be a pivotal leader guiding the execution of verification and validation across all Ford programs. You will spearhead a multi‑regional team laser‑focused on defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies that meet the needs of individual vehicle programs while driving a unified Platform approach.
