Based at the Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern, within the Sales & Marketing department, the Director of Sales is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s sales strategy. This includes managing the sales team, driving revenue growth across all market segments and building strong client relationships.
