Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for both the hotel and the convention centre
· Personally lead and secure key accounts, major group opportunities, and high-value convention business
· Drive group, corporate, SMERF, and social event segments with a proactive, results-oriented approach
· Create and implement targeted, urgency-based offers to stimulate demand during need periods and optimize space utilization
· Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to support pricing, inventory control, and overall yield strategy
· Monitor competitive set performance and local market trends
