Description
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive contracted corporate retreats, executive meetings, and group business

Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key industry partners to generate new business opportunities

Proactively identify and pursue new revenue channels while maintaining and expanding existing accounts

Lead the sales process from prospecting and proposal development through negotiation and contract execution

Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution of group events, retreats, and special programs

Partner with ownership and leadership to support the overall revenue strategy, including rate positioning, yield management, and market segmentation

Monitor performance metrics including ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy trends to inform sales strategy and maximize revenue opportunities
