A high-growth energy and digital assets company is seeking a Director of Market Risk to report directly to the CFO . This is a highly visible leadership role overseeing market risk, mid-office operations, risk reporting, and strategic decision-making across the business.

Key Requirements

• Deep expertise in deregulated power markets (physical and financial)
• Proven experience building or leading market risk functions
• Strong background across commodities, debt, and/or digital assets
• Blend of risk analytics, systems, and leadership
• Investment Banking or M&A experience is a strong plus
