About the Opportunity

The Director of Performance Excellence serves as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders across the health system. This role leads a high‑performing team of 5 performance advisors responsible for advancing enterprise priorities through rigorous analysis, structured problem solving, and disciplined project execution. Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategy, Analytics, & Innovation, the Director oversees the team’s portfolio that blends one‑time strategic and operational initiatives with ongoing advisory and business intelligence support for assigned service lines and corporate functions.
