Reporting Line: Managing Director – Security Services
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations – Security Services to lead and oversee complex, high-risk security operations across Guarding and Cash Services during a period of operational expansion and increased risk complexity.
This is a senior leadership role requiring deep operational, risk management, and crisis leadership experience, including exposure to hostile environments, serious crime threats, and coordination with law-enforcement and government agencies. The successful candidate will be accountable for operational stability, professional standards, risk governance, and the controlled launch and scaling of cash processing and cash‑in‑transit (CIT) operations.
