Overview
The Director of Operations oversees all aspects of Club operations and programs, with primary responsibility for program development and implementation, staff supervision, facilities management, organizational planning, and budget oversight. This leader ensures the delivery of high-quality programs that support positive Youth Development Outcomes and reflect the values and mission of Boys & Girls Clubs.
