Develop and implement operational strategies to support business objectives
Establish and monitor KPI’s to track productivity, cost, quality performance, and lead times
Manage and provide leadership to local Plant Managers who are responsible for Operations, Purchasing, Production, and Quality team
Ensure that reporting departments have appropriate resources and are managed to fulfill responsibilities
