Overview


The Director, Nursing Regulatory Operations serves as the organization’s nursing and regulatory subject matter expert and provides leadership for nursing licensure, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and regulatory project management across all Amerita nursing operations. This position supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of nursing regulatory programs to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, accrediting body, and payer requirements.
The Director partners closely with Nursing Operations, Clinical Services, Quality & Accreditation, Pharmacy Operations, Compliance, Legal, and branch leadership to support licensure activities, regulatory readiness, survey preparedness, policy development, and strategic growth initiatives.
