What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and V-level executives within large enterprise organizations;
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption;
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support execution end-to-end;
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes;
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement;
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.

Must haves

• 6+ years of experience in U.S. consulting ;
• Experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry ;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience in large enterprises
