Girl Scouts San Diego is seeking a strategic yet hands-on Director of Human Resources. You’ll lead and shape long-term people and culture initiatives including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and day-to-day HR operations, and serve as a trusted advisor and member of the senior leadership team.

What You'll Do

As Director of Human Resources, you will:


+ Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support a high-performing, values-driven culture.

+ Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

+ Design and implement HR programs, policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
