Global Media and Advertising firm is seeking a Director of Global Learning and Development to join their hands-on and dynamic team. In this role, you will report to the VP and SVP of Global L&D, where you will be responsible for designing and delivering global learning programs, strategizing business needs that combine live, digital and AI powered tools. You will also be responsible for actively supporting a learning culture, piloting new approaches to learning and partnering with platform teams to bring new experiences on a large scale. You will partner with senior L&D leaders as well as manage a small team of team and collaborate with HR and the C-Suite of this larger global media brand.
