About the Job The Director of Restaurants, Bars & Experiences at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai will lead the RB&E division, reporting to the Hotel Manager and overseeing all operational and administrative aspects, including budgeting, quality standards, staff training, and performance reviews.
