Role Purpose:
·Partner with the Global Talent Solutions Brand senior leadership to drive profitable growth through strategic financial insight, consultation, and strong cross-functional collaboration
·Own and lead North America Talent Solutions financial management, including month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, with a strong focus on accuracy, accountability, and timeliness
·Act as the Global TAPFIN finance partner to the TAPFIN Senior Leadership Team, participating in LOB SLT meetings and supporting strategic initiatives such as long-range planning, budget target setting, and investment business case modeling
