Required qualifications include:
A CPA, or a Master's degree in finance, business, public, or health management. to years of healthcare experience within an academic medical center, combining finance, accounting, and/or operations management. Significant management experience with a demonstrated record of successfully building and leading teams. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and present complex financial data effectively to clinical and administrative leaders. Must-haves: Strong finance experience in a healthcare setting, leadership experience and the ability to navigate highly complex, matrixed organizations
