We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Facilities to oversee all aspects of facility operations, engineering, maintenance, and capital improvement initiatives. This role will lead long-term capital planning, manage operating budgets, oversee vendor and contract relationships, and ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel engineering, facilities management, or maintenance operations , with proven leadership experience managing teams, budgets, projects, and external service providers.
