Position Summary
The Director of Coaching (DOC) is the technical leader of Pacifica United Soccer Club, overseeing the overall sporting environment and youth soccer development. Key responsibilities include managing coaches, operating training programs, fostering a positive club culture, and helping administer a non-profit organization with over 300 members.
The ideal candidate is an excellent coach and collaborative leader with high social-emotional qualities. The DOC would thrive working in a team (e.g., with other coaches and parent volunteers) to ensure that coaching aligns with the mission, vision, and values of Pacifica United Soccer Club (PUSC).
